Afterworks at the Domaine Evenstad in 2025 : ask for the program!
In 2024, between May and September, to enliven the Domaine’s terrace during the high season, we launched a new series of events at Domaine Evenstad, the Afterworks. The idea was simple: to offer, every other Thursday, from 6:30PM to 9PM, live music to accompany our wines, by the glass or by the bottle, as well as our cheese and charcuterie platters.
Anxious in the run-up to the first editions, with an eye on the sky and another on the reservations, your enthusiasm, positive feedback and unwavering attendance, for some, rapidly comforted us and reminded us of the merits of our approach. One of our stated objectives was to bring our neighbors, our partners, and more generally Burgundians to the Domaine Evenstad. Many of you, living in Santenay, Beaune, Chalon Sur Saône or Les Maranges, visited us to enjoy a festive evening with a holiday atmosphere. Visitors of our beautiful region were not left out. A common passion for Burgundy and its great wines, as well as the conviviality and hospitality of the locals, were enough to bring people together.
What started out as an experiment in 2024 is now inscribed in the DNA of the Domaine Evenstad. To allow you to enjoy all your favorite acts, we have already finalized our 2025 line up. We have, as far as possible, asked the artists that you enjoyed the most last year to come back, without forgetting to make room for novelty.
On Thursday, August 21, at the zenith of summer, we will introduce a new « vinyl bar » event, on the Domaine’s larger terrace until 11PM. The closing night, on September 18, will be dedicated to four young and local bands, selected for their talent (call for applications, send us an EP).
Regarding dining options, we will still offer our wines by the glass or by the bottle. The first ever Domaine Evenstad vintage, the 2022 vintage, will also be available. You will, once again, have the opportunity to enjoy our platters composed of local products. We have listened to your feedback, and, in 2025, you will be able to enjoy vegetarian platters and conclude your evening with a sweet note.

Join us Thursday, May 8 for this season’s first Afterwork, an opening hosted by the «Blues Makers» and their blues/rock sound. Two monthly Afterworks will follow until the end of September.
